BugPlace.com is built on the idea that the Volkswagen Bug is not just a car, it's a lifestyle. Anyone who has owned or restored one of these cars knows what I mean. As your blood sweat and tears become a part of your car, it becomes a part of you. Being the proud owner of a 1970 Beetle myself, I know that driving this car means much more than transportation for most of us- it is a lifelong passion we all share and consider a part of who we are.

With this in mind, BugPlace strives to feed this passion and provide the most complete Volkswagen resource on the internet. The website has been designed to place VW Beetle resources and information at the fingertips of anyone who wants to find it. In doing so, most sections are left open for users to provide their own content. Each page within the directory contains an "Add Url" button to ensure that anyone with information to share, is able to share it.
